I found evidence of mice in my basement and called the Friday before Labor Day, not expecting to ge tin soon with the holiday. To my surprise, they were able to set an appointment on the Tuesday after Labor Day, which was great! My technician Brad showed up on time and was extremely pleasant, letting me follow him around and ask questions about what to look for in the future, and many more questions. He was so nice and gave me full answers and showed me everything he found. He also explained fully the traps being used and the follow up needed. I had them come in to deal with a yellow jacket nest. I won't know for sure until maybe 2 days from now if ALL of them died, but the tech was quite confident that he put enough powder down the holes to get them. Brad was a very nice guy who knew his stuff and was quite willing to explain what he did and what to look out for over the next 48-72 hours. Price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend them.
