She has a very friendly and laid back personality while maintaining professionalism. She was beyond organized and "held our hand" through the whole process. She handled multiple listing like a Star and even had a folder with an itinerary, listings, inspections, overviews and more. She was a fun person to spend a day looking at houses with and she made the whole house buying process more smooth and less anxiety inducing.
