“I received wonderful care here. Dr Wachs is not just an amazingly talented and professional dentist, she is also a caring and responsive human being. A few bad experiences early in my life with Novacaine injections have made me very wary of them. Dr Wachs was able to relax me and do the Novacaine in a way that didn't hurt at all.

My tooth with root canal had a cavity under the crown. The x-rays (which you know are two-dimensional) did not make it clear whether the tooth could be saved or not. If not, I would need a $5000 tooth implant. Dr Wachs and her assistant, Jenn, worked intensely for an hour and a half to save my tooth and successfully replace the crown. The cavity had extended all the way down into the lower part of the tooth. Dr. Wachs, who uses the most high-tech equipment you've ever seen in a dentist's office, had to use a laser to cut away some of my gum and bone to create the best conditions to receive the crown. She then scanned my tooth with something borrowed from Bones (STAR TREK) then used another science fiction device to make the crown in about 40 minutes. That was eight hours ago… and I'm not in any pain yet. Thank you so much Dr Wachs and Jenn!?“

“I have always been deeply phobic of the dentist, but this place is such a gem. Every staff member I’ve interacted with at every visit is so kind and accommodating. The office and all facilities are clean and calming. I’ve had procedures from cleanings, wisdom tooth extractions, to root canals, and they always make me feel at ease through every step despite my anxiety. Dr. Hashim is the absolute best, and the dental direct plan is very reasonable and helpful if you don’t have dental coverage. Would give more than five stars if I could. I was able to find a dentist that I love but had to switch recently due to insurance, which was heartbreaking and scary cause when you find a dentist you're comfortable with, you never want to give them up. My friend told me about Dr. Miro and told me how nice she was and he was RIGHT! Dr. Miro and Donna were amazing, they talked to me every step of the way during my cleaning and getting an old filling redone. I can handle myself at doctor visits, I'm not scared but I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to dental offices because of past experiences.

I was babied here and I loved it, sometimes you just need that one doctor who lets you know it's okay, even when I jumped at the air, that moment was handled with care. I felt extremely comfortable there, well taken care of and the room where I had my cleaning was well lit and there's a window right there, which just felt very comforting. You can people watch while getting your tooth drilled. How cool is that? Also that shot of novocaine was done so quickly, effortlessly and painlessly that I questioned if I even got a shot till my whole face went numb and I was a happy camper during a pain free dental procedure.

Dr. Miro, my new best friend Donna and her staff are absolute gems in the dental world. I highly recommend them, even just watching patients come in and out of the waiting room, you could tell that they all felt and ease, chatting up the front desk staff and cheerily telling them they'd see them at their next visit. Who gets hyped about future dentist appointments? I got my cleaning and went back the next day for a filling! Come on down to Dr. Miro for all your toothy needs! Your teeth will thank you.“
