Throughout the process of working with Brandon, he was responsive, professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue with our heating system. We ended up installing a new boiler and hot water heater. The installation process was smooth, but when we encountered a problem a couple of days later (no fault of Brandon’s - a part on the new system failed), Brandon came to our house on Christmas Eve to resolve the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Brandon in the future, as well as recommending him to others.Service: Heating system installation

We used Brandon last year to replace and installed new water heater, and recently to replace some valves and installed new w/d. He identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, on time and reasonable.
