I visit Dr. Herstik’s office and the service I receive is excellent. There is a nurse in his office - Sloan W. who always makes me feel comfortable and is very responsive. I will always visit this office as long as Sloan works there.

Select providers are attentive and caring, others worse sense of care from a "Care Provider". No follow-up and very dismissive of concerns. Note concerns as a customer to desk/office staff and was nearly gaslighted. As a healthcare provider myself, I am ashamed that this is the care being provided. Attempted to reach out to patient relations several times to verbalize concerns with 20+ minutes on hold, no call back and non responsive.

Cristine Nightingale Orthopedics Dept is an amazing provider. She goes above and beyond for her patience. She is very professional , trustworthy, reliable,and caring. And when you see her, she always brings your frown into a smile.
