Victor saved our lives and our dryer. I was not even sure that the dryer (LG with Steam and Top Door) was repairable. It stopped drying and the motor was unresponsive. It was fixed by LG technician a year ago, but they service is expensive and they have a long wait time. Victor took the dryer apart and ordered a replacement part on Thursday. He came back on Saturday because my family could not survive without a dryer for another day. He fixed the dryer and also cleaned and vacuumed it! It went really well! The technician was very kind and explained what needed to be done to my refrigerator in a way that I understood. The prices were also very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

It went amazingly, their technicians are top notch and extremely knowledgable. Not only are they super friendly but they were able to diagnose and repair the issue immediately. Highly recommend and would definitely hire them again for any appliance repair I might need.
