Mr. Ruane is a God sent. Look no further … this realty is the only one you’ll ever need. The negative review from certain kinda rejects saying otherwise are just bitter if you know what I mean ;)There’s no way he treated anyone disrespectfully or w/o professionalism! Period.He is one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve ever met who’s gone above and beyond what any realtor in this neighborhood would consider.So, check your fake privilege and move elsewhere b/c this area probably isn’t for you if you have ANYTHING negative to say about his realty!

The broker had great expertise and knew what he was doing through the whole process. Very very nice man. Highly recommend. I'm reading the bad reviews and saying to myself, "You were probably rude and annoying so Ruane Realty just ignored you!" Lol.
