“Wish I could give more than 5 stars.I was experiencing constant lower back pain for a couple months and was admittedly skeptical about whether PT would help. I expected to do some exercises and probably not see much progress. My experience at Core PT shattered those expectations. I initially met with Calvin who was super helpful in diagnosing the issue with my back and getting me started on a personalized treatment plan.I treated mainly with Frank and Julia for about three months. I can't sing their praises loudly enough. Frank could write a book on bedside manner; he always had a positive attitude and reminded me not to get discouraged, reassuring me that I would improve if I stuck with it. He took a dynamic approach to my recovery and made an effort to keep modifying my treatment based on his expertise and understanding of my injury. I received individual attention at every single visit. Julia was there every step of the way to guide my routine and help explain different stretches and exercises--always with encouraging words and an ear-to-ear smile!I made a full recovery after around three months of treatment thanks to the dedication of everyone at Core PT and could never thank them all enough.“

“Derek at SportsCentric Physical Therapy is *phenomenal.*. After trying 2 other local PT places and being disappointed by their approach/insights, a knowledgeable friend in the industry referred me to Derek to take care of rehabbing a stress fracture in my hip from distance running. Derek also addressed my hamstring tendinopathy, which was causing other pain in the same region. Derek is thorough, *PATIENT,* informative, and compassionate. He has a great bedside manner. He knows so much about anatomy and backs up all of his views and suggestions with explanations and knowledge. He is very responsive about progressing -- or modifying -- your program as things improve or as set backs occur. His expertise is apparent immediately. I also worked with Kristine in the office, who is also fantastic and knows a lot about running! SportsCentric has all the best equipment, including an Alter G treadmill (anti gravity) which is an essential piece of equipment if youre returning to walking/running or merely taking weight off an injury. Bonus:there is an onsite acupuncturist- Christine - who can do dry needling to compliment your therapy. Derek was also great about interfacing with insurance and with my orthopedic surgeon! All in all, 11 out of 10- could not recommend higher, and I am picky when it comes to these providers!“
