had a really bad clogged toilet in my hall bathroom and super was away for weekend so i gave mr rooter plumbing of westchester a call and it worked out great. i called at 9am and by 11am the plumber was at my apt ready to deal with whatever. simple and honest explanation was the toilet had to be snaked and it took the plumber over an hour with the long wire going deep inside the system. i expected a high charge but actually the service call and work was more then reasonable. while he was still here i asked as a courtesy if he could check the bathroom and kitchen sink to make sure all is well and thankfully all is well. would not hesitate to use this company again if needed and remember dont flush paper towels in toilet as you might encounter the same problem i had. over 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.
The office staff was very helpful! Elizabeth and Isabel were 10/10! Jimmy was the plumber that came to my house, he was extremely knowledgeable! Would recommend to family and friends!
