A DO degree Doctor saw my child yesterday and the doctor did not take the strep test. The nurse was caring and took the step test but the issue is taking the strep test causes a gag reflex so it is difficult to perform a strep test in a child.As a result, the strep test was taken inaccurately and a buccal swab was taken. The strep test came as a false negative. My child’s symptoms worsened. The doctor did not call back, not compassionate and quite rude when we initially met the doctor. My recent experience was very positive. Staff was polite and professional, my Dr. listened carefully and responded to my concerns with empathy while providing excellent medical services and advice during my physical exam. Also, the first point of contact, the security, were polite and for the most part alert.

DO NOT GO IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE SERVICE. WENT THERE WHEEZING COUGHING UP PHLEGM NURSE MADE AWARE I WAS LEFT SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM for 2hrs no treatment then misdiagnosed me. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES THERE!!!!
