We were personally treated very well and our requests handled in the "sales" process..The actual coutertop is and looks very good, The person who measured, installers and "filed personnel" were very knowlegeable, helpful and professional. They did a good job and the coouter was cut well and fits perfectly.Why the LOW rating?Because they "nickel and dimed" us (after being the high bid to begin with).--- For example, after being told it was included AND confirmed via telaphone the night before, the disposal of the old counter it was an extra $175 - negotiated down to $125. A friend recommended MarbleWorks to me after using them for two different jobs, and I'm so thankful for the recommendation. The crew was nothing but the best to work with when ordering my new quartz kitchen countertops. The countertops are absolutely beautiful, too. The price is great, too. Nim was very helpful and reliable. He gave me an estimate weeks before my project began and honored it, even after costs started to increase everywhere. Measurements and installation was seamless. Would definitely use them again.
