We have these very old memorial panels with lights that we use for special holidays and discovered 2 of the 5 panels were not working midafternoon. With no time to dawdle, I called, explained my situation, the deadline we were facing then traded info and photos with Mary, who could not have been more helpful. Within 2 hours, the owner Moe can out to find and fix the issue. Moe is the man! I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! Not only are they knowledgeable, they offer excellent customers service. I very highly recommend J&S Electrical Contractors and will be a returning customer for all our electrical needs in the future.
I had the pleasure of meeting Moe and I have to say he was AWESOME! I needed an electrical upgrade and new lights install in the basement of my mother's home. He gave me an estimate and even show me pictures of some work that they have done recently to show the exact work that would need to be done instead of just telling me. He was very professional, respectful, and really nice from beginning to end (even with dealing with our building department in getting permits which I have to say they are the absolute worst). I needed an outlet made into the wall and Moe did a very very good job connecting all the wires, he was very polite and explained everything that he had to do before he started and made sure everything was in working order when he finished, guess I have a go-to electrician now—- didn’t have one particular person to call on in 20 years now I have him to call on when I need him
