ABSOLUTELY destroyed my dress this company does not dry clean they throw your clothes in a washing machine and it ends up worse than when you brought it in, I'm devastated, my dress went in snow white and came back grey and also another stain on it.I wouldn't trust these guys with an old pair of socks.

Be very wary leaving your clothes at CRYSTAL CLEANERS They lost my clothes ...when i went to pick them up , they first said " you never dropped them off "....when i returned with the ticket ....they changed to " you already picked them up " Finally they offered $10 for a shirt and $20 for a pants If you value your clothes ....try a place that respects their customers and their customers belongings They are just outright liars

I can't believe I didn't find this place soon enough! Family owned , very attentive and polite. The owner Roberto is very charming and helpful. Prices are affordable and they do all kinds of alterations. Thank you RobertoService: Alterations
