These guys were great. I forgot I had company coming to the house in two days and needed to have a couple of carpeted rooms and a set of stairs cleaned along with a sofa and two area rugs. They came the same day I called. All of the stains were removed but more importantly they were able to get rid of the smell of cat urine from the carpets. My cat went through a period where she peed on them a bunch of times and I tried everything to get rid of the odor myself, but nothing they worked. They only did it today, so I can’t speak to the longevity, but the smell is definitely gone and it isn’t just covered up with a fragrance. I chose Chem-Dry on a recommendation and I am glad I did. They did 2 rooms for us and the rugs looked like new when they were done. They let us know when they were on the way and we're professional and friendly from start to finish. Thank you

I used Chem-dry to clean the rugs in my home, the runner on the steps and my couches as well. They were quick, efficient and left my home smelling clean and looking pristine! I highly recommend them.
