This company my building uses. I had bedbugs. The second visit was not a good experience. I have an elderly person in my home and very limited to mobility. I told the guy please i dont have anywhere to go with this person and we can't do something more than 2 hours in the hallway if needed. This elderly person is very frail please don't over do the spraying and chemicals we cannot afford a long wait time outside of this home.. Long story short he sprayed and stank up everything including the mattresses and was forced to stay outside the home for about 6 hours.
