So far so good. We recently had new windows and a patio door installed, and the work was really clean. The install team was careful, friendly, and efficient. Our account representative, Natasha, was fantastic from day 1. She was detail oriented from her estimation and measurements, to the final walk through. We love our new windows and patio door. Highly recommended.

Great job from start to finish. We chose them in part b/c they gave us the most thorough proposal and analysis of our home, and also we wanted Marvin windows. Now that the installation is complete, we're really happy with our windows.

I highly recommend Authentic Window Design.Our sales consultant, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the best option for our needs. He did not try to up-sell like some of the competitors. The windows arrived in 3 weeks. The installation team was courteous, efficient and very careful in protecting furniture etc. They cleaned up very well. AWD is also very well priced. Would definitely use them again.
