She was rough and braided it too tight, and my edges are breaking now. The scariest thing was when they brought out this small torch to burn the edge off the braids. I am confident my hair was burnt as well.

The work was quality, but during a time when hygiene is so important, this shop was not up to par. Hands were not washed even after she went out to get more hair. Seats were not sanitized. The other staff were constantly taking their masks off and walking around the shop. I'd never return.

Horriable service, I would never go back to this hair braiding salon, a total RIP off, overcharged me for my hair, I got ponytail with twist in the front, the girl blow drying my was like rushing, as she was blow drying my hair she like ripped my sweater with the weave brush, so unprofessional
