I don't normally leave reviews usually because I forget but this was such an amazing experience that I jus HAD TO!! I booked my appointment in the middle of the night and I got a call in the morning to confirm and answer any questions I had since this was my día time ever waxing. The customer service is great she has created such a relaxed and chill atmosphere that you don't fond in many places. Amanda was so knowledgeable and forthcoming about what to expect and after care. I was so nervous that I was sweating !! But I can't express how comfortable she made me feel! She was quite when I wasn't talking so if you're looking for a quite relaxing experience she can provide that but she was engaging and actively interested in what I had to say when we is get to talking so no matter how you want your experience to be she is perfect. I got my legs waxed and a VAJACIAL ..... yes ladies a FACIAL for my lady parts... hence why I was so nervous, but it was one to the best decisions I've made. I feel like a new person and I'm ready to book my next appointment!!!!
