Unprofessional. Can't keep appointment times and don't have the courtesy of calling. Twice I walked in on time and she wasn't ready for me. We are not talking a 15-30 min wait. 2 hours is her answer. Are you kidding me? Last time she left a bleed mark right in front of my hair line. I let it go but never again. Last time she told me that she had to take her partners appointments because the woman's kid had to be rushed to the ER. When I later asked about it she had no memory of saying that. I later found out that her partner is her daughter in law and the sick kid was her grandchild. So she's a liar too. I'm all about small businesses but... read full review

Alba is a true professional, extremely creative and, during this difficult time, on top of things. As soon as she was able to reopen she called me for an appt and took great care of my hair. She constantly and consistently cleans and disinfects before, during and after every client. I felt safe and in expert hands.
