After dealing with several shady cleaners who used bait-and-switch and other dishonest methods in their estimates and other business practices (including fake Google reviews), I was lucky enough to find Doug's company. We had a smoke damage issue and there was a time crunch because of renovation deadlines. I called ITS one evening after having been strung along and then ghosted by another cleaning company, and Doug immediately answered. He was direct and honest and helpful. His guys cleaned the apartment today and they were terrific--Erik and Ian and their crew. They helped alleviate a very stressful situation. I am so glad I found ITS. My stainless kitchen appliances have not looked as good in years. They even removed some stubborn areas on the glass shower doors which I have struggled with.
