My wife and I wanted to replace our tankless how water heater before we had any issues with it (it was getting on in years, as we are) and called several local plumbing & heating contractors. After getting several prices, we were pleasantly shocked by the quote from Mark Kaczala Plumbing and Heating! He was, buy a very wide margin, the least expensive (his quote also included the next larger capacity model) and also certified by the company whose product we wanted. We hired him and the job he did was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, prompt and finished the job in a very timely manner. If I could give you more I would! Are furnace went day before Thanksgiving are furnace was the original furnace from 1950's it was a monster we didn't want bother anyone day ofthanksgiving so my husband called day after and they came right out now we are new client and they did that that was awesome!!! So today they replaced the old furnace with a new one this is a two man company they worked all day and did marvelous job!! Job was very neat and professional great attitudes and knew what they were doing price was very reasonable for what they did I came home from work tonight house was warm and that new furnace has more blowing power then are old one plus my granddaughter...read full review
A friend of mine had recommended Mark Kaczala Plumbing and Heating. The first time we used them a person named John came to replace one of our toilets. He did an excellent job. When we realized we needed a new hot water tank, we called Mark‘s group again and Mark himself stopped by to look at the job. Not even two business days later he was back at our house and within two hours had the old hot water tank removed, and a brand new one placed. They had just the tank we wanted a Bradford White and Mark was wonderful to work with. They do such a professional job and are so friendly and will answer any questions you may have.
