I've been with Hart's for over 40 years and found them to be excellent. Over the years, they've installed an oil heater, two or three water heaters, replaced pipes and always responded promptly to any request. Jay and Alex have been great whenever we had a problem. Their oil and service rates are usually better than the competition - commendable for a full-service company. I would highly recommend them.
My Waste Oil Furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. Lou came the same day I called him. He was able size and install a new furnace the next day. I am very grateful for his responsiveness, great service, great workmanship, knowledge, and the pride he puts in his work. I am very grateful to him. Are furnace went day before Thanksgiving are furnace was the original furnace from 1950's it was a monster we didn't want bother anyone day ofthanksgiving so my husband called day after and they came right out now we are new client and they did that that was awesome!!! So today they replaced the old furnace with a new one this is a two man company they worked all day and did marvelous job!! Job was very neat and professional great attitudes and knew what they were doing price was very reasonable for what they did I came home from work tonight house was warm and that new furnace has more blowing power then are old one plus my granddaughter bed room never felt that warm in a long time! Thank you guys so very much for all your hard work and honesty we do appreciate it cuz there alot scammers out there but you guys are the real deal are home is warm tonight!!
Called for a dumpster at the last minute. Flat rate, not charged by the day. It was delivered the next morning. Was quoted for a 12 yd, he only had a 15 on the day of delivery and did not up charge. Dumpster was a bit rusted through at spots but not sure that matters. Kind, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
Their pond is overflowing and they expect you to drive through 2 ft of water to get to the material. You can ask for an exact amount by weight but they have a "you get what you get" policy. This is my second year going there and I have always had very good experiences here but this year is not off to a great start. I still recommend them for pricing, quality of the material and friendly staff.
