I would love to share my joyful experiences at Marybeth's 9:30 am Thursday "Yoga Therapy Flow" classes. Marybeth is such a wonderful yoga therapy teacher and her instructions are so respectful, careful and caring. She always begins by grounding us and helping us put all our worries and " the things that have to be done" aside, so we can receive her lessons. This morning's class (April 20, 2023) was perhaps the best yoga therapy class I have ever been a part of. If you are looking to feel better, let your joy come through and just generally feel complete relaxation, I would suggest that you join Marybeth and benefit from her knowledge and training.
Carmen and his team did an absolutely beautiful job of restoring and improving my Catskills cabin after a serious water damage incident. The work is beautiful and I am so happy with how my house looks. Carmen was absolutely great to work with: fantastic communication, daily updates, photos sent and a totally can do and helpful attitude. I would recommend Carmen and his team any day and am already asking them to put together a plan for more work on my house next year. I also felt their costs were extremely reasonable and transparent, and their timeline super efficient.
Pat is truly a wonderful person inside and out. I am just starting my chemotherapy journey. She is very knowledgeable about all types of wigs and hair. She took her time to explain about how they are made and how the different wigs act on your scalp when you no longer have hair. Some being very heavy and some being extremely light. The wigs are extremely high quality. I bought 2 wigs and a combination head wrap with a headband. Pat also explained how to care for and clean the wigs. Thank you Pat for just being a very empathetic mindful person. I highly recommend Fantasy Hair.
Diana is amazing! She addressed every concern I had about my hair and confidently and flawlessly did everything she said she was going to. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and I was happy with the process as we went along and at the end. I am sooo happy with the way my hair turned out. Called the night before around 8p and Ira was able to come out the next morning 9:30a for a residential lockout service where the tenant didn’t return the keys upon moving out and I was out of town. He went above and beyond, I’m very happy with his service! Will recommend to friends & family
