I called Heckeroth some time ago when my whole system clogged up. The guy came and removed my toilet. He snaked it out and put the toilet back. Then proceeded to charge me a ridiculous fortune for the service. I later asked a plumber what the job should have cost and he laughed when I told him what my Heckeroth bill was. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that as the guy worked, he would occasionally spit tobacco juice into my toilet. So lovely! I'd rather go pee in the yard than call Heckeroth again.

Recently we made the decision to switch to a heat pump system after seeing the ever continuing price increases for natural gas (the heating furnace runs on natural gas).After researching various companies we decided on Heckenroth/JSP (the 2 companies recently combined). From the very beginning, Heckenroth took the time to explain the various systems without pushing us to one particular one. Herkeroth did a great job installing a tankless water heater. BUT unfortunately they mislead me with the financing plan and we were hit with a surprise interest fee of $2103.83I called customer service who quickly blamed the bank and then blamed me. They could have taken professional tone or been adults about the miscommunication, instead they were nasty and obnoxious.
