I should have taken a before and after photo. I didn't know what to expect when I dropped off a scuffed shoe. But somehow, when I came back to pick it up, it looked better than when I bought it in the first place! If I ever need anything shoe related again I will definitely be returning here.

The owner took , looked at it 10 seconds, pulled at a thread he found hanging out and then pulled a small piece of cloth unsticking the the whole thing in 30 seconds! No Charge he says! Awesome
