I needed multiple blinds installed for our newly built home, including floor-to-ceiling, loft-sized windows. “My experience with Dave was nothing like two recent reviews, posted following his buy of United Decorators (UD) from Paul, whose excellent reputation speaks for itself.

My mom used UD many times years ago, most likely when Paul was there, so I turned to UD for my own reupholstering needs. In this case, for a tired old loveseat needing some tender loving care.

Choosing the fabric took the longest time, as some were from European sources slow to reply to inquiries about availability and cost.

Dave also rehabilitated the wood frame and applied a new coat of polish making the result a fine example of upholstery craftsmanship.

It took two months to complete but well worth the wait.

Every experience is different but I am happy to say mine was worthy of five stars.“

The space is somewhat awkward due to the challenges posed by the building's floor plan and infrastructure.
