Made an appointment over the phone. The handyman called to inquire what my job was and then said he couldn't make it today even though the company had set the appointment for that day. I called the company back, and they said they would find someone asap. Haven't heard back. Save yourself time by contacting a handyman or contractor directly and not a company that seems to be outsourcing to others.

Great customer service, easily scheduled an appointment. The handyman arrived early. Sized everything up and reviewed his work plan. Moved along quickly, repair was very well done, and he reviewed all aspects at completion. Great!
