This firm appears to have gone out of business some years ago? They havent answered their phones for over 3-4 years and havent responded to messages for 1-2 years. It isn't clear why they still have a phone messaging system, nor who is paying their phone bills for a service that no longer exists? FWIW Google maps seems to suggest that their supposed 'new' address in New Jersey doesn't actually exist.If you have an Evergreen SoleusAir PTAC unit, that (much larger) company doesn't seem to exist either! And the el-cheapo Chinese company which made your KHSY15 doesn't exist any more either.

SCAM artist. They haven’t returned my calls in 3 weeks. The Super tried and they didn’t return his call either. Do NOT use them. Once they sell you the product they don’t plan on servicing it.

worst product and worst service.. literally everyone in my building has had problems with their units and had little to no response from customer service. Go with a different company
