She did not treat me like I was a $ they had Rico the service dog who sat next to me and kept me calm through the whole procedureand now I have teeth better than I have had in my whole life thank you, Dr State.“

I could easily rate my experience as 5++ stars if it weren’t for the billing department!
1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.
