Authorization Dept for Dr Steiners office there's a woman named Eugenie (hope I spelled it right ) she is awesome she's going above and beyond for me trying to get an MRI approved from the horrible insurance co, she's understanding , compassionate and funny . Thank you from the bottom of my heart your awesome .Very nice lady this office is lucky to have her I hope she's getting paid accordingly because she deserves it.
Horrible experience! First time patient. Came on time, waited for an hour and a half to be seen by the intake nurse. The "exam room" was filled with computer equipment and I noticed a camera in the corner of the room. While I was being examined, several people came in and out of the room without knocking or introducing themselves. They were on speakerphone with another unidentified person seemingly trying to configure something on a laptop while I was disclosing my personal information. I walked out without being seen. Be prepared to wait hours EVERY TIME you visit this office. Also, they do NOT return phone calls. Just took them 3 weeks to call me back! This has to be one of The WORST run offices in history
