I am visibly queer, transmasc nonbinary Fresh off an absolutely intentional hack job from another shop, I was very scared, and my barber here could absolutely tell and worked hard to put me at ease . There was a bit of a communication barrier but it didn't matter a single bit. They took care of me and fixed my hair, the barber could definitely see that I was deeply nervous to let anybody touch my hair. He made me feel at ease, offered me tea and coffee, and generally turned my whole mood around while fixing somebody else's mess. I left feeling confident and I swear to God, I almost hugged this perfect stranger, because I was so relieved.“

You establish your barbershop, and then you have a set schedule with your barber, Micky,Claudio,Danny,Emilio & Ismael, all great barbers. And the music is not blasting, so you can hear your barber and carry a decent conversation or fall asleep on the chair lol“
