after having a truly horrific experience at another shop, I set out to get it fixed, I was sheepishly peeking into the window of this place trying to catch a vibe when a barber saw me and waved me in warmly. I am visibly queer, transmasc nonbinary Fresh off an absolutely intentional hack job from another shop, I was very scared, and my barber here could absolutely tell and worked hard to put me at ease . There was a bit of a communication barrier but it didn't matter a single bit. They took care of me and fixed my hair, the barber could definitely see that I was deeply nervous to let anybody touch my hair. He made me feel at ease, offered me tea and coffee, and generally turned my whole mood around while fixing somebody else's mess. I left feeling confident and I swear to God, I almost hugged this perfect stranger, because I was so relieved.

Visited the barbershop this morning, its really professional & making the customer a king. Thanks Mr. Sal for your amazing barber skills & professionaity. Secondly, I would to thank from the bottom of my heart to the receptionist in Balzan, who really worked meticulously with me, as I have a communication barrier. Thanks so much all the team ?

I have been a regular at this place for many years probably since they opened I would say, the owner Steve always opens and closes and he is always there. This is the only place I know where you can get a really good Russian hot towel shave and buy a 40$ bottle of shampoo before you leave lol. This place can get crowded at times on certain days of the week and even busier during certain holidays so I recommend calling ahead make an appointment or go when the shop opens up in the morning. Over the years I have had haircuts with Eddie, Remi, Sammy, & Steve and trust me they don't disappoint you'll always come out fresh and looking brand new they take really good care of you and take their time I usually get a taper or skin fade which always comes out awesome! I do recommend getting a hot towel shave to complement your haircut believe me it's the best not many shops does and can't do it like this place can. This place gives you exceptional service and Steve and his other barbers treats like family like If they know you forever, they make you feel welcome and there's not many barbershops that give you good service they do here. Steve always takes his cleanliness serious this place is always clean and they always sanitize in between haircuts. If your ever looking for a good cut, shave with excellent service this is the go to spot in the area.
