My mom said they paid great attention to detail and even refused to accept results from the lab until they got the new lenses just right. Excellent experience. The store has a great selection and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding the perfect frames for my face. The store staffs an eye doctor on site, which made the process seamless and the turnaround quick--I walked in on a Saturday, without an appointment, picked out frames and had an eye exam, and then my new glasses were available for pickup by Wednesday. Highly recommend.
