The Problems arise when you need to make an appointment for any test in the Woodbury office - You must contact the Huntington office. You are on hold for 25-30 minutes before someone picks up the phone.

Also there seems to be an issue with the technician for an echo Test apparently they are short staffed. Technician “not available”. Cancel moments before scheduled appointment.

Just astonished that Northwell would Allow this to happen.“
