The BEST workout!! Amazing instructors, awesome music, and always a great workout. Whether getting wedding day ready, or my pregnancy workout, or getting back in shape after two babies, I always leave a Flex class feeling accomplished, stronger, and toned!

Loved my first class .
Had Nicole as my instructor . She was knowledgeable and attentive to each student- Adjusting my alignement and helping me build the correct posture here and there ... .making the class a very therapeutic one .-
The studio was super clean . Easy to use lockers and showers .And oh - loved the music in there very soothing , yet uplifting ... .
Overall, a great experience. Five stars & plus . With a big smile .
