My daughter got her lashes done and 1/2 of them fell out after the first 24 hours. She went back in and the salon redid them but then all the lashes fell out again with 24 hours. My daughter called and asked for a refund but they would only offer to redo the lashes (that had already fallen out twice!) I called back and spoke to a manager and they refused to refund the money. I reviewed the salon's website and no where does it say that there are no refunds available. I have called my bank to dispute this charge. Please note before you book at this salon that they do NOT offer any "satisfaction guarantee"!!!!

Beautiful studio! Awesome staff! I paid $10 extra for the awesome Master stylist Liv! She was so patient, detailed, friendly, and you could tell this is her passion and wants your lashes to be perfect! Was so thorough in aftercare instructions. Can’t wait to go back to her. Will recommend this to friends! :)
