My family and I had been coming to this practice for well over 15 years. I had an appointment with Dr Melman booked for over a month as it was my baby shower coming up and wanted to be diligent in getting an appointment that worked for me and my busy schedule. I had a few cystic acne spots I needed injected and Dr Melman was always the man to make sure they went away a day or so after coming into his office. I got a call the day before to hear that Dr Melman was out on injury. I was disappointed but understand things happen and wished him a fast recovery. Did a 3 session laser scar revision in 2020 or 2021, made zero difference from what I see.

I barely ever take the time to write reviews online but I felt like I had to for this one. This was probably one of the worst, if not the worst, encounter I've had at a health care providers office. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive and the provider I saw was the definition of a gas lighter. I went in because I started experiencing adult acne I couldn't get under control and wanting to have two moles removed. I am a registered nurse so although dermatology is not my specialty, I do have some knowledge of what my issues were and what medications/treatments do what.
