Had to have some repair work and some mold remediation done. During the process we found more damage and a dangerous electrical issue. David was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process going above and beyond doing an excellent job. I highly recommend American Dream contracting and look forward to working with them on future projects.

We hired American Dream for an installation of an in wall air conditioning unit, attic pull-down stairs and attic flooring, a wall repair and trim, and a deck repair. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and David and his crew were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend American Dream!

Dave did an excellent job replacing my double basin sink with a single basin sink. He also replaced my bath tub with a walk-in shower. Next project is in the spring, I need my driveway resealed.
