Fantastic experience! I wanted to order two custom leaded glass Anderson windows as replacements for 40 year old Pella windows in a bathroom original to my 100 year old house. After going to three different WindowRama locations and two Riverhead Building Supply locations, (none of which spent the time nor the interest in researching or pursuing my very specific request for an item that is readily available through the Anderson Catalog), I found Nassau Door and Window in Williston Park. Sales Rep Lynn jumped right on the project, worked with me AND the Anderson company to order EXACTLY what I wanted. Nassau Door and Window sent one of their technicians to my house to take the specific measurements. The graphic schematics for these custom windows were worked up with the Anderson company based on the Lynn's knowledge and input. After several meetings with Lynn, with my OK to submit the final graphic layout to Anderson, the job order was submitted. From order to delivery was about 2 1/2 - 3 months but well worth the wait. Installation for both windows took about 5 1/2 hours; this bathroom is located on the second floor of my home and the technicians were working from ladders at that height. Windows look sensational, installation went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this local business again and have already referred two neighbors for their window and door requirements.
