“I have had multiple experiences with Williston Plumbing and Heating, all positive. The woman who picks up the phone is pleasant and helpful. My first encounter with them is when I had an issue with a different plumbing company misdiagnosing a gas problem and then I had Williston Plumbing came in as a second opinion. They realized it was a simple fix and saved me thousands of dollars from what the other plumber would have charged me unnecessarily. Recently I had an unrelated plumbing issue and called them in. The receptionist worked me in with a cancellation that opened up to get the same plumber in (Lucien) and then he was able to fix my issue, even coming back in on the weekend on his week off when I needed to get an additional part. Knowledgeable about the regulations of the area, helpful in providing advice. Straightforward and pleasant.“
