What a luxurious day. Highly recommend. My facial with Michelle was perfect. She was kind, professional, and so sweet. She explained what products she was using and what they do for the skin. Then waited with peach/ginger tea. A blissful day. Woodhouse Spa is amazing and estheticians like Michelle make it what it is!!
Exceptional customer experience! there was an issue with my service (100% my fault), and the team was so accommodating--without me even having to ask! They go above and beyond to make sure customers have an outstanding experience at the spa! The services are excellent, and the interactions from booking through checkout are top of the line! Highest recommendation.
Had my first facial ever here. Booking was easy and the staff was very helpful. I had the Signature Sculpt facial with the dermaflash & eye treatment add ons. The facial was great and my skin felt so fresh & clean after. Everything and everyone were great minus one of the fellow spa goers. One of the workers brought me into the locker room to change into my robe/put my stuff away. She opened a locker for me that was empty so I put my gift card that I had printed out to use that day & the clip board in there. Thankfully I brought everything else into the bathroom with me.
