I made an appointment with Alexandra to have powder brows done about 4 months ago. This was my first experience with permanent make-up, although I do have tattoos. She told me that she doesn't believe in microblading and that powder brows were better. Also, since she is the professional, she suggested the color for me, even though I wanted a different color. I will give her credit for "mapping" my brows out very well and even suggested some good ideas which I went with. The part that I am unhappy with is the fact that she said I'd have to come back every year for a touch up and I'd still need to pencil my brows if I wanted them darker. Nope - I don't understand that at all. After spending $700, I should be abled to shave my eyebrows off if I wanted and would still have eyebrows! On the 2nd appointment, I told her that I was unhappy with the color she used and she agreed to use the color I originally wanted. That was great for about 2 months when the tattoos started fading SO badly, you can barely tell that the inner brow was even done. I'm so unhappy, I'm not even going back to her - ever. I gave her 3 stars because she shaped them well, but the actual tattoo part - 1 star! I have an appointment to go to a different salon tomorrow to get my brows fixed, I won't be returning to The Browery and Alexandra again.

After reading reviews I finally decided to try this place and I'm so happy I did MCKENZIE was great! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. My eyebrows look beautiful ? and I already book my next appointment with her. Thank you Mckenzie, see you next month!?? ?

I have been going to see McKenzie once a month for four months now for a facial and my skin has literally never been better. McKenzie is always incredibly attentive - she spends so much time with me and she truly customizes the experience to my skin’s needs. I will be a long-time customer!
