My cardiac alert dog alerted me to a issue with my heart that lead me to needing an ER visit. Everyone was fantastic from the doctor my nurse and transport, I was taken back pretty quickly and they moved when it came to the labs and tests. I have autism and I've had experiences here and other hospitals in the past so I was nervous and everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. But I do wish people would just completely ignore my service dog and not ask to pet.
Had to make an ER visit on a Saturday night for large cut on son's hand. How in the world we were out of there in less than 3 hours I don't know. Stellar care, doctor explained all that was going on, hand xray with portable machine meant we didn't have to travel all around. Only took 1 star off because the facilities need a little facelift. Since I had been to the ECMC ER last month with other kid I had something to compare the physical layout to and Suburban could use a bit of refreshing.
I was admitted into Millard Fillmore suburban hospital from 6/20-7/3/24 onto floor 2 north. I received the most excellent care from all the doctors , nurses, aides and every single person involved in my care during my stay. I have nothing negative to say. The entire floor worked as a team and I witnessed not only excellent care for myself but saw that all my room mates and other patients were also treated with excellence! Everything from admission to discharge went amazingly. When I came home all the necessary service we all set in place and I have continued to receive excellent follow up services .I would recommend this hospital . I have stayed at many hospitals, this hospitals staff truly care and they all are so pleasant and happy and truly seem to care about their patients. Makes a difference when employees like their place or work and work well together. Great Job everyone! Can't thank it enough for all you did during my stay . I will be forever grateful and all of you deserve recognition.
