Jack successfully removed two trapped birds from behind our stove. His patience and creativity were second to none. He disassembled the fan and vent to get to the ducts, was careful not to damage anything, and he put it all back together when he was done. This was a tricky job and any other service would likely have given up, but Jack fashioned creative solutions to extract the birds without harm. Great to work with! Highly recommend.
