Working in outside systems can be daunting, especially when our partners make changes that impact our staff's ability to access those systems. Fortunately, during a recent change with one of our partner's systems, I worked closely with Angelo Alabisi at Global Quest, who spent a lot of his time researching and communicating ways to make the transition for staff very smooth. I truly appreciate the attention he paid to making sure the system worked for us and with being patient when I wasn't available.
