I have been a client at this Main Street site for a number of years. Dr. Downey is a very knowledgeable, competent and caring optometrist. Over the years I have noticed a great improvement in the service, attitude and overall feeling at this Amherst office. Wait times have been greatly reduced and the front office staff is very easy to deal with. Use the recent reviews to make your decision to support this business.
This is my third time here & I had another good experience. The people are friendly & very knowledgeable. The tech explained everything thoroughly & answered all my questions. I had no problem getting my prescription so I could buy glasses elsewhere. ❤️
Very professional staff. I was very satisfied with my new glasses. I have worn glasses since I was seven. Adjusting my glasses can be painstaking. Everyone is always kind and patient.
