They are professional and their prices are fair. My mother has purchased all of her rugs from them over the years and I have had them install quality carpet in my home, more than once. I purchased a 9x12 hand-woven Bokara wool rug from them on Ebay earlier this year and it's SO GORGEOUS!! I don't normally buy expensive things especially online and was nervous, but it arrived in perfect quality and condition, more than worth the price, and has made my feet and eyes so happy every day since that gratitude inspires me to this review.

I took three Kilim rugs to be cleaned recently. I don't know how old the rugs are or when they were cleaned last, one had some small stains , the others just needed to be cleaned before they were moved. Tiftickjian did a great job cleaning them, the stains were still there but now barely visible, the others looked brighter. They looked so much better. I don't know how the price compares to other places but I do know I trusted them with these beautiful rugs to not harm them and I was correct. I will definitely take them again when they need cleaning.
