Very responsive of service requests. If there is ever anything lacking with the service they jump on it and create a plan to ensure it doesn't happen again. Friendly and knowledgeable crew.
Needed a notebook set up asap. Binatech, when promised, accessed it remotely, set up the new notebook immediately and transferred files/setting/preferences from my old unit so that my transition was seamless. They also kept in touch during and after the process to be sure things are working as they are supposed to and that I am satisfied with what got done. More than satisfied.
