We tried to nurse her as best we could, no food...etc. By Tuesday she was clearly needing to see her Vet. Called the office as soon as they opened and within an hour we were sitting in the office. Dr Hines is usually our regular but he was enjoying a day off. We met Dr Luba Drouin....what a wonderful, caring and loving women. She loved on my Holly, cuddled her, hugged her and took total control. Bloodwork, exrays, an over nite stay and plenty of love got our girl on the road to recovery. Upon picking her up the next day, she was discharged with a page of instructions with Dr Drouin bringing her out personally to me in the waiting room. The girls behind the desk are awesome, special shout out to Karen, as well as the techs behind the scenes. They called the next day to see how she was and told me to never hesitate to call, no matter how silly my question might seem to me. I Love you all...thank you. God bless.“

They had to take some of her bowels and other stuff. We I can’t Thank you all enough because you helped give my Precious another FIVE years of life. She sadly did pass away on September 13th 2024 of old age she was almost 14. We miss her but because of all you did to help her she got to live another 5 years Thank you so so so much!!! You are highly recommended if anyone wants their dog saved they will surly do their 100 percent best because they CARE.“
“I have read these reviews and I believe that a lot of the negative ones are unfair to this animal hospital. My animals have been a patient of this practice for well over 15 years. Dr Semilof has seen many of my animals . This practice has been extremely accommodating to me and my furbabies. I had 14 dogs and the staff always treated my dogs with compassion and caring. Unfortunately many of my dogs have had illnesses such as diabetes, Cushing, pancreatic, ear infections, eye infections etc. These diagnosis were scary and over whelming to me. But Dr Semilof has always explained what, why and how these conditioned occurred. A lot of times, at the time of diagnosis I may not like what I am hearing she has never lied to me . I find her the best vet I could have ever had for my dogs and cats. I can’t say enough kind words for the vet staff especially Sara and Kaitlyn they are the best with my dogs. Especially when they need to get blood for all those ACTH Cushing tests for dogs who hate needles. To all the vets techs that I do not know their names thank you also. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. Tammy is the best. I have never waited long upon arrival. This animal hospital I feel is less cost than others in the area. Yes I cringe at my vet bill upon leaving. But to get excellent care costs money. With every thing going up it makes sense vet care goes up at well. They have always work with me for the best option of car for my dogs. Thank you so much to all for the many years of service , the after hour calls and the card in the mail when my dogs have past away and all that you do.“
