“This was my first time going in. I won’t lie I was extremely nervous as I read the reviews and being a first timer I needed a welcoming employee. Olivia helped me so much - she was so nice , knowledgeable and answered EVERY question I had. She wasn’t pushy or salesy- she told me what I needed. She also walked me into the room and showed me how to use everything as well give me advice on what she does. When I was done she checked on me and just gave me advice on how to keep up to glow. Now that its under LA Fitness management, its somewhat better.“
